Thank you for Giving!
Every penny goes towards helping refugee families in need. Your donations will help us provide food, clothing, and shelter to refugee families. Noor Womens’s Association is 100% volunteer operated and is a private non-profit 501(c)3 organization as recognized by the IRS Tax code since 2005. All membership dues and donations are tax deductible.
100% of your money goes toward helping refugees in need.
Private donations are our only source of funding, so you can give knowing your whole gift will help a refugee family in need.
Noor Women’s Association is now a qualifying charitable organization for purposes of the Arizona Tax Form 321, Credit for Contributions to Qualifying Charitable Organizations.
Please help support local refugees by making a cash contribution to Noor on Form 321, as a dollar-for-dollar credit against your Arizona tax liability. Please consult with your tax advisor/preparer for any applicable limits on the amount you may claim as credit. Note that Noor is on the official list for both 2017 and 2018.
For more information about the charitable tax credit, see the Arizona Charitable Tax Credit FAQs.
Noor Women’s Association relies entirely on volunteers for operations and to provide much needed services.

Hiring Refugees is the greatest donation you can give.
Refugees are legal residents of the United States, and are granted the immediate right to work by our government. Hiring a refugee not only helps your business but also demonstrates your commitment your community.
Refugees are survivors of great adversity, their personal need to regain self-sufficiency, their interest in acquiring new skills and their desire to attain economic stability for their families make them excellent employees at all levels.
Many employers receive support services from federally-funded employment services for refugee employees which provide worker orientation, job-coaching, vocational English language instruction and other services which facilitate successful refugee entry into the workforce and promote on-going skills acquisition and good job retention.
If you are able to hire a refugee at your place of business this is the best form of help a refugee can receive.
